PD-500 Series

The PD-500 Series CNC Door Panel Fabrication Centers combine innovation, precision, and flexibility in systems designed and built in North America. Engineered to meet the demanding requirements of modern entry door manufacturers, the series offers multiple material-handling configurations and an optional trim saw to provide a comprehensive solution for door panel fabrication.

One platform. Three levels of automation

The PD-500 Series includes three distinct models — the PD-500, PD-503, and PD-506 — all engineered around a common machine platform. Each model is manufactured as a dedicated configuration, offering a specific level of automation and production capacity to meet a range of manufacturing requirements.

PD-500 – Features one heavy-duty, three-axis, servo-controlled vertical tool bridge with a right angle head for sequential face and edge fabrication.
PD-503 – Includes all PD-500 processing capabilities, plus an additional heavy-duty, three-axis horizontal tool bridge for simultaneous fabrication of the door face and one edge.
PD-506 – The most advanced model in the series, featuring one heavy-duty, three-axis vertical tool bridge and two heavy-duty, three axis horizontal tool bridges. This configuration enables simultaneous processing of the door face, hinge edge, and strike/bolt edge for maximum productivity, flexibility, and throughput.

By offering three dedicated machine configurations on a proven common platform, the PD-500 Series allows manufacturers to choose the level of automation that best aligns with their production goals.

JPC Series

The Pro-Fab JPC Series CNC Jamb Fabrication Centers automate the critical machining operations required to produce high-quality door jambs with exceptional precision and repeatability.

Both models perform hinge pocket milling and drilling, strike and deadbolt preparation, multi-point lock machining, astragal routing, sidelite processing, assembly-hole drilling, and fabrication for multiple threshold configurations.

Two models. Two levels of productivity

The JPC Series includes two distinct models — the JPC-150 and JPC-550 — offering the same advanced fabrication capabilities with different material-handling configurations and production capacities.

JPC-150 – Feeds and fabricates one jamb component at a time, providing a flexible and efficient solution for processing hinge jambs, lock jambs, astragals, and sidelites across a wide range of door systems.
JPC-550 – Feeds two jamb components simultaneously and automatically switches between hinge- and lock-jamb fabrication as the parts move through the machine. Each jamb is processed independently, providing greater throughput while maintaining precision and flexibility.

Built on heavy-duty welded steel platforms with advanced CNC controls, high-speed machining heads, and intelligent jamb positioning, both models deliver consistent, repeatable fabrication with reduced setup time and minimal operator intervention.
